Beamish Hall Management Development Centre (BHMDC) has been established to provide a central resource for Human Resource Management and  Financial Management development within the region.  Beamish Hall has an enviable range of resources which allows for the provision of flexible management development courses.   Our focus is on the individual and the individual working as a member  of a group or team, within an organisation.  Human resource developlment courses are divided into three principal areas; Leadership, Coaching, Team Development. Our Financial Management courses are constructed for either financial professionals or those with limited financial experience. Courses will be individually negotiated and tailored to the needs of organizations.
